man, what a weekend. my friend justin visited from cleveland. i love it when someone visits; i get to see and do stuff i'd never see or do otherwise. stuff like:

• go to the field museum (photos)


• eat at RJ Grunts (mmm...peanut butter shake)


• watch some DVDs, including 'meet the feebles'.. i'll never forgive you for that, justin


• play mini-golf at novelty golf & games in lincolnwood


• see 'a scanner darkly' at the music box


• pick up a ticket for black heart procession for sunday night


• sweat my ass off and commiserate about it instead of merely swearing to myself

whew. i think i made up for several weeks of sloth with that laundry list. i had an assload of fun doing it, too. ffs, justin, ditch ohio already. :D
